All the felt products are hand-made by me in the Bellacouche studio in Chagford, therefore there will be variations in colours and markings. You can always ring or email me if you want to discuss an order.
NB: If you have been over-charged postage on multiple orders I will refund you.

I want you to be happy with anything you buy from Bellacouche so if for any reason you are not satisfied I can refund cost of goods, but not postage, so please:
- Ring and tell me you need to return your purchase
- Return undamaged goods within 14 days.
Important - Natural dyes will fade if left in strong sunlight. I cannot accept responsibility for loss of colour due to misuse. Instructions for washing (yes! felt IS washable) included with purchase.
