All the felt products are hand-made by me in the Bellacouche studio in Chagford, therefore there will be variations in colours and markings. You can always ring or email me if you want to discuss an order.
NB: If you have been over-charged postage on multiple orders I will refund you by cheque. If you think this is the case please make sure you let me know who to make the cheque out to.
